I am a SEBI Registered Research Analyst providing independent equity research and investment analysis. The objective is to assist investors in making informed investment decisions through objective, research-driven insights and analysis of listed securities.
The Investor Charter provides investors with important information about the services offered by Research Analysts, investor rights and responsibilities, grievance redressal mechanisms and the applicable timelines. It is intended to help investors understand the nature of research services and the mechanisms available to them for raising concerns or complaints.

Research Lab maintains the disclosures required under the applicable SEBI framework for Research Analysts, including disclosures relating to conflicts of interest and other regulatory requirements. These disclosures are intended to provide investors with transparency regarding the nature of the research services and the Research Analyst's regulatory obligations.

Investors can lodge complaints or grievances against the Research Analyst directly with the Research Analyst. The Research Analyst shall strive to redress the grievance immediately, but not later than 21 days from receipt of the grievance.
Investors may lodge complaints through SCORES 2.0, a web-based centralized grievance redressal system of SEBI for facilitating effective grievance redressal in a time-bound manner.
Complaints or grievances against a Research Analyst are subject to a two-level review mechanism:
Investors may also lodge complaints through the designated email ID of the RAASB.
If an investor is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Market Participant, the investor has the option to file the complaint or grievance on the SMARTODR platform for its resolution through online conciliation or arbitration.

Complaint data is disclosed monthly in accordance with applicable SEBI requirements. The latest complaint data, including monthly and annual disposal trends, is maintained and made available as part of the regulatory disclosures.
Research Lab has obtained a SEBI-validated UPI ID handle for secure payment collection, as mandated by SEBI.

Investors may choose their preferred mode of payment, including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS or cheque. If UPI is used for payment to a registered intermediary, the payment should be made only using the validated UPI ID allotted to the intermediary.
